Executive

Keynotes

Working directly with CEOs and other C-suite executives, I have curated keynote speeches and panels as part of customer communications management. Starting from a basic framework of what we would like to cover, I piece together compelling, valuable sessions with my customer audience in mind.


Customer Conferences

Internal customer/user conferences are one of my favorite ways to connect with customers. From curating session agendas to securing customer registrations and keynote speakers, I love finding different ways to personalize the experience in order to facilitate learning and progression in customer journeys.

I have experience managing $10k-500k+ budgets for events up to 300 people.


User Groups

Generally smaller scale, more personalized experiences, I have curated user groups as training and advocacy activities, as well as a channel for 1:1/1:FEW Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. I love leveraging these smaller events so users can cross pollinate best practices amongst one another while we get to build new connections and collect feedback from our customers.


Trade Shows

In tandem with being important industry and brand awareness plays, trade shows help facilitate deeper connections with in-person experiences. I craft multi-channel campaigns in concert with my Sales counterparts to ensure we stay front of mind for follow up conversations and deal progressions. I act as a project manager, subject matter expert, and sales enablement support depending on what the team needs, and we always win better together.
